About
Bahena is a Sacramento-based pop/rock band fronted by bleach blonde pop diva Jorell Bahena, known for their stage presence and performance as much as their nostalgic yet modern sound, blending classic rock energy with infectious pop hooks. Since forming in 2022, the band has quickly built a name for themselves across Northern California through high-energy live shows, bringing a theatrical, larger-than-life presence to every stage they step on.
The band has appeared on major TV outlets including Good Day Sacramento (ABC10), Studio40 Live (FOX40), Live! in the Bay (KRON4 Bay Area), and Morning Break (Reno), introducing their music to audiences throughout California and beyond.
On stage, Bahena has performed at notable venues such as The Starlet Room (Harlow’s), Goldfield Midtown, Goldfield Roseville, and the Folsom Hotel Saloon. Their festival and fair appearances include the Cal Expo State Fair, Gold Country Fair, Amador County Fair, and the Heavenly Holidays Festival in Lake Tahoe on New Year’s Eve 2025.
Bahena has also shared the stage with a growing list of national and regional artists, opening for The Ghost Club, Jonah Kagen, Mark Mackay, Ace Monroe, Red Voodoo, and Thai pop star Mos Patiparn.
In 2026, Bahena continues to build on that momentum with a major touring milestone, joining Mihali (ROAM Artists) as direct support on select dates of his West Coast tour. The run marks the band’s first multi-state support opportunity, bringing their high-energy live show to new audiences across California and the Pacific Northwest.
With releases like Strawberry Tattoo, Cabernet Wine, and Sweet Cherry Chapstick, the band continues to expand their creative range while staying rooted in their signature sound. Their debut EP, Goldilocks, showcases six tracks that explore different styles and sounds, reflecting the band’s commitment to following what feels right rather than fitting into a single lane.
Following their Goldilocks EP Tour, Bahena has continued to grow their live presence and regional draw, entering their next chapter with a focus on larger stages, expanded touring, and reaching new markets.

GOLDILOCKS EP
Goldilocks is a six-song EP where we let ourselves try things without overthinking it. Every track lives in its own world, different sounds, different moods, different influences, because we didn’t want to lock ourselves into one lane or one version of who we are.
The title came from the fairytale. Goldilocks wasn’t looking for something extreme, she just wanted what felt right. That’s how this EP came together. These were the songs that felt right to write, the sounds that felt right to chase, and the styles that felt right in the moment. No forcing it. No trying to fit a box.
There’s drama, there’s softness, there’s confidence, and there’s a little chaos. Jorell leaned fully into the theatrical, fairytale, pop-diva side of himself, big emotions, bold melodies, and letting things be dramatic if they want to be dramatic.
Goldilocks isn’t about picking one sound. It’s about trusting your gut until everything clicks.
